The site is run by the ARTCER brand.

Data we process

Browsing: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device. The server records these automatically to run the site and protect it from abuse.

Sample requests: name, e-mail, optional phone number, company, your message and the surfaces you chose. You provide these by sending the form, and only while the form is open.

Purposes and legal basis

Security and operation of the site: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Answering a sample request: pre-contractual steps at your request and the consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Providers and transfers

Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which provides delivery and protection of the site. The server hosting the site is located outside the European Economic Area, so browsing data and requests are processed outside the EU.

Retention

Technical logs are kept for as long as site security requires. Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to manage any relationship that follows.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
